STUDY OF ACCESS TO ARTICLES IN PUBLICATIONS SPECIALIZED IN NURSING: DATABASES FOR THEIR IDENTIFICATION AND RETRIEVAL
The objective of this study is to describe the main bibliographical databases specialized in nursing and medicine serving as tool for the identification and retrieval of articles published in scientific journal of nursing. An increase of free database access as a consequence of both the process of globalization and the cooperation among Latin American countries is perceived. Also, increasingly more public institutions as well as non-profit organizations are making their databases freely available to the public. Furthermore, a growth of databases specialized in nursing is observed as well as the inclusion of a greater proportion of nursing-related articles in databases of international scope.

Nutrition
In this subject you can learn the correct way to feed yourself and take care for health of your body in relation to the disadvantages of a incorrect diet.
With this subject I learned a lot about vitamins and minerals, they are in all the food. I learned too about the correct weigth that we have to have according to size.
I would like to know more about the relation of food and mental illness.
I'm interested in it because it is a very important area to keep a good health. When people have a poor diet, they have too many diseases in relation to people with a good diet.

Asignment nº 3 "What did you do las weekend?"
Last weekend I travelled to Rengo, there live my mum, my brother and sisters and my
boyfriend. I enjoyed a lot this visit because I was really missing all of them. I slept and ate a lot too, because I was really tired, I was stressed-out with the type of life of Santiago.
I got together with some school friends and we went to drink coffee and we talked a lot about our studies and politics....It was very funny.
Here I put some photographs of my mother, we was in our house, one of my friends (we were at school in this moment), and one with my boyfriend.

Hello, my name is Gabriela Maturana. I'm 19 years old and I'm studying Nursing. I really enjoy studying this career, I love it. I have been two years in this university. I'm living in Santiago but I am from Rancagua. Here, I'm living with an aunt.

We are different
Hello, the theme I’m going to talk about is related to roles of woman and men in my family and if this topic has changed through time.
First of all, I would like to say that I think that the roles of both sexes have changed a lot in last years. Years ago, the woman was always in the house. She just did the housework and cared her daughters and sons and the man worked to get money, but now, women are more active in work area and the responsibility to education and care about children is shared in this moment, and the mother isn’t the only responsible for it.
In my family, the roles of woman and man are similar. Both of my parents work and, when I lived with them, they was in the same condition, I mean, both of them did the housework and worked to get money.
My father is a trader and my mother work in a small hospital in the countryside and her job is similar to nursing.
For example: my father used to do the shopping or to cook for us, he washed dishes too, and mother was in the same situation.
Actually, the people need more money to live, I mean, all the things, like food or electricity for example, are more expensive and this is one of the reasons why is necessary that the woman of the family work too, in relation to the past. Another reason: I think that women were tired about to be only in the house, and tired to do the same things everyday and every year for all the rest of her life. I would be tired too.
In relation to this, my personal opinion is this situation is a good thing in our life because men have some characteristics and women have others different and these features can be complemented and to get better results in different areas, but I don’t believe that we have to be equals with men and to be better than the others, I believe that is good to be different and I think that the more important aspect is that we must to have the same opportunities to personal development in every things that we would like to do and finally, other important aspect is respect for other people.
